I made this cake for my nephew's 6th birthday. I used cocoa rice krispie treats covered in chocolate for the volcano. I formed it around a small plastic cup inside and used dry ice and boiling cherry Jell O to make it erupt. The dinosaurs are sculpted out of fondant and the "ground" is made with crushed up graham crackers. To make the trees I used Pepperidge Farm Pirohuette cookies for the trunk and fondant for the leaves. It was a big hit!
